Mr. Walter Bailey, our Managing Member, is a seasoned advisor to numerous sectors, including, but not limited to: industrial technology; clean tech; and aerospace, defense, security and safety.  Mr. Bailey has over 20 years of strategy, transaction advisory and capital raising experience. He has been directly involved with in excess of $100 billion of advisory assignments and has executed over $50 billion of financings for numerous growth, middle market and large cap clients, across a broad array of sectors and geographies.

Previously, Mr. Bailey was a leader of Macquarie’s Aerospace, Defense, Security & Safety and CleanTech advisory practices in New York.  Prior thereto, he was a Managing Director and Co-Head at Giuliani Capital Advisors.  While at Jefferies & Company, Mr. Bailey co-founded the General Industrials Group.

Earlier in his career, he was an investment banking officer in Citigroup Global Markets’/Salomon Brothers’ Large Cap Diversified group; a cross-border M&A specialist at Barclays de Zoete Wedd and an M&A associate at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin.
